This warranty is valid only for eligible Carmtek products purchased through Amazon.com and applies exclusively to the original owner.

We understand that life on the road can be unpredictable. If you experience an issue with your RV Levlers, our Customer Support team is here to help. We are committed to reviewing warranty claims promptly, with most claims processed within 1–3 business days after all required information has been received.

What’s Covered:

RV Levlers products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use when installed and operated according to the provided instructions.

Coverage begins on the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required to verify warranty eligibility.

Warranty coverage applies only to products specifically identified by RV Levlers and may vary by product category.

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, surface scratches, material breakdown over time)

• Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality

• Accidental damage (e.g., water damage from power washing, rock chips, break-in attempts)

• Improper maintenance or installation

• Items purchased from unauthorized resellers

• Discontinued Carmtek products

• Shipping costs or locksmith service fees
