At Carmtek, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our products with a limited lifetime warranty.* This warranty is valid only for eligible Carmtek products purchased through Amazon.com and applies exclusively to the original owner.

We understand that life on the road can be unpredictable. If a product issue can be resolved with a replacement part, Carmtek will provide a self-installable component at no cost. Our products are designed for ease of repair. If the issue cannot be resolved with a replacement part, we reserve the right to replace the item with a similar functioning product, which may come from our certified refurbished stock.

What’s Covered:

• Defects in materials or workmanship

• Replacement parts or, if necessary, full product replacement (at Carmtek’s discretion)

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, surface scratches, material breakdown over time)

• Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality

• Accidental damage (e.g., water damage from power washing, rock chips, break-in attempts)

• Improper maintenance or installation

• Items purchased from unauthorized resellers

• Discontinued Carmtek products

• Shipping costs or locksmith service fees

All warranty claims require proof of purchase and are subject to review by our warranty department.

Carmtek is not responsible for damage to doors, trailers, electrical systems, or other property. We are also not liable for any injuries resulting from the use of our products. Warranty coverage excludes any incidental or consequential losses, including loss of time or property.

*Certain limitations apply. Cosmetic damage and excessive wear and tear are not covered. What constitutes “excessive wear and tear” is determined solely by the Carmtek warranty team.
